Within
the 12,000m2 private grounds of the Hotel
Sole & Esperia Chianciano are two distinct
buildings just 50 metres apart - the Hotel
Sole and the Annexe Esperia.
Identified in Italian by the French word
Depandance, this additional building
provides and extra dimension to our hotel
complex, with a further 27 quality rooms
in addition to the 81 in the main building.

All
rooms in the Esperia annex come with the
same great services and facilities as in
the main building - spacious modern bathrooms
with hydro-massage showers and quality linens,
air conditioning, TV, radio, safe deposit
box, outside telephone line and of course,
a regularly stocked mini bar. Prices are
identical to those in the Hotel Sole main
building too, with double rooms able to
accommodate third and fourth guests for
a supplemental rate. |

Within the Annexe Esperia is our ballroom
- ideal for wedding receptions and other
special events or private functions - see
our Weddings
page for more information on the additional
services available. Also in the Esperia
building is the TV room and our ample private
garage. The buildings are separated by just
50 metres here on our large private complex,
so guests are free to roam and enjoy the
best of all our abundant 3 star Tuscany
accommodation has to offer. |
